Kraus-Anderson Construction Company is presently soliciting competitive Lump Sum Bids for the North Dakota State University New Peltier Complex - BP #3 (Polished Concrete, Masonry, Carpentry, Architectural Millwork - Material, Weather Barrier, Metal Panels, Interior Insulated Metal Panels, Roofing, Applied Fireproofing, Interior Sealants, Doors/Frames/Hardware - Material, Specialty Doors, Entrances, Storefronts and Curtainwall, Drywall, Tile, Ceilings and Acoustical Treatments, Flooring, Terrazzo, Fluid Applied Flooring, Wall Covering and Painting, Window Shades, Monorail and Hoist Crane, Abattoir Equipment, Combined Mechanical, Fire Suppression, Combined Electrical). The complete bid form shall be without alterations, additions, or erasures. All bids shall be on a lump sum basis. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after bid receipt without consent of the Owner. Kraus-Anderson Construction Company reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bids. This project consists of a new agricultural products development building consisting of research and office space with a combined area of approximately 156,829 square feet, demolition of two buildings, and a boiler upgrade at the central energy plant. 2. The work will be issued in a series of phased packages (Bid Package) over the next several weeks / months 3. The herein referenced documents will enable your firm the opportunity to submit a detailed proposal.
