The surety must be submitted with the bid. Use the bid guaranty and contract bond in accordance with ORC 153.571 as specified. Failure to submit the bid bond with the bid will result in disqualification of the bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a corporate surety bond, made payable to the Board of County Commissioners, Hamilton County, for one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount of the contract price as a guarantee for the faithful performance thereof.
