Renovation of a residential development in Eugene, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Work will involve renovating an existing commercial kitchen. Head Start has received a Community Development Block Grant from the City of Eugene for needed improvements to the McKay Lodge facility located at 2517 Martin Luther King Jr. in Eugene, OR. In partnership with the successful bidder, the City and Looking Glass intend to facilitate the project. In general, work will involve renovating the existing kitchen. It is intended for work to commence as soon as reasonably possible. Any questions, clarifications, modifications, or substitutions of the specifications shall be submitted per the Construction Documents Section 01 2500 using the required form and emailed to PIVOT Architecture kwilliams@pivotarchitecture.com and shubbell@eugeneor.gov Last date to request solicitation clarification or change August 21, 2022
