The Contractor shall provide exterior painting and pressure washing services for various facilities throughout Orange County. The Contractor shall provide all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor and facilities inclusive of all cost to provide the services herein All questions or concerns regarding this Invitation for Bids shall be submitted by email to Kaitlin.Kolhoff@ocfl.net, no later than 5:00 PM Wednesday, February 15, 2023 to the attention of Kaitlin Kolhoff, Procurement Division, referencing the IFB number. To ensure that your bid is responsive, you are urged to request clarification or guidance on any issues involving this solicitation before submission of your response. Copies of the Invitation for Bids (IFB) documents may be obtained from Orange County by download at: https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/orangecountyfl The County shall not be responsible for delays caused by any occurrence. The time/date stamp clock located in the electronic submittal portal shall serve as the official authority to determine lateness of any bid. The bid time shall be scrupulously observed. Under no circumstances shall bids delivered after the time specified be considered. The decision to refuse to consider a bid that was received beyond the date/time established in the solicitation shall not be the basis for a protest pursuant to the Orange County Code (Procurement Ordinance).
