Work performed under this task order shall comply with the latest edition of all required publications, Federal, Department of the Army, State of North Carolina, and Fort Bragg construction safety and environmental protection laws, regulations, rules, and codes International Building Codes (IBC), ASTM International (ASTM), U.S. Department of Defense (DOD), U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and the Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) 1-200-01. Specific SCIF publications that must be in compliance are: UFC 4-010-05 (1OCT13), ICD 705 (26MAY10), ICS 705-1 (17SEP10), ICS 705-2 (11FEB13), and the Intelligence Community Technical Specification for ICD/ICS 705 (28SEP2017). In addition, all work shall conform to the Fort Bragg Installation Design Guide, most recent published edition. Reference Specification Section 01 11 00, work performed under this task order shall comply with the latest edition of the publications dated at the time of the task order award. When a required publication is not referenced in the list found in Specification Section 01 11 00, the contractor shall utilize one that has national applications. Where conflicts arise between publications, the most stringent requirements shall apply. BASE BID: Design (CLIN 0001) and Construct Repair (CLIN 0002) of Bldg. 8-4813 GISA. Repair BLDG interior to support administrative requirements. No modifications to building exterior. Repair includes reconfiguration of Mechanical/electrical distribution system, demo existing interior partitions, reconfiguration of floor plan and repair bathrooms to current code.
