This project includes but is not limited to the following. Median Maintenance Mowing, weed eating, edging center median weekly from mid-February to mid-November; Trash, debris pick up as needed; Winter cleanup of leaves and debris once a month at the beginning of the months of November, December, January and February. Shrub and Flowerbed Maintenance at City Hall and City Entry Monuments Shrub trimming at the beginning of the months of March, May, July and September; Pull weeds twice a month at the beginning and middle of the months from March thru November; Plant annual flowers Spring and Fall at the beginning of March and October at City Hall Monument. Tree Maintenance Trim and prune all trees in the medians at all locations at the beginning of November (all trees to be trimmed to maintained of 15ft high clearance within 5ft of road edge.) (Pruning of the entire tree shall be for optimum growth.) Location of Project : Medians 3900-7600 block of Parker Road 3200-4000 block of Hogge Drive (FM2551) 3200-4000 block of McCreary Road 4900-5400 block of Betsy Lane Shrub and Flower Bed City Hall Parker Road West Entry Betsy Road/Dublin West Entry McCreary/McWhorter South Entry Payment and Termination Payments will be made in equal monthly installments. The City of Parker reserves the right to terminate the contract and cease payment with 30-day notice for performance deemed unsatisfactory at the City's sole discretion.
