The Federal Aviation Administration utilizes the Acquisition Management System (AMS) in place of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). This is a Request for Proposal for the HVAC upgrade of the Air Traffic Control Tower and Base Building at Wilmington International Airport in Wilmington, NC. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the HVAC Replacement requirement. The FAA anticipates an award of a Firm-Fixed-Price contract type for this requirement.
