SCOPE OF WORK (SUBJECT TO CHANGE): The work consists of the effort related to the new paving, paving repairs, and repaving of roadway at various locations and parking lot at Defeated Creek Day Use Area in accordance with Tennessee Department of Transportation Standard Specification for Road and Bridge Construction (TDOT SSRB) in accordance with the Scope of Work to be issued at a later date. Location: Defeated Creek Day Use Area, Cordell Hull Lake, Carthage, TN Period of Performance: The Contractor shall complete all work prior ot the start of the 2023 Recreation Season Disclosure of the Magnitude of the Proposed Construction Project: Between $250,000 and $500,000. CAPABILITY STATEMENT TO SHOW INTEREST AND INTENT: Respondents interested in performing the proposed project as a prime contractor shoulod submit a capability statement for consideration that include the following: (in A thorugh I) A. Offerors' name, address, points of contact with telephone numbers and e-mail address. B. Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and CAGE Code C. Are you a Small Business under this NAICS code D. Business size/classification to include any designations (Small Business, HUBZone, 8(a), Women Owned, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, etc.) E. A Statement of Capability (SOC) stating your skills, experience, and knowledge required to perform the specified type of work as described above. This SOC should be a brief description of your company's capabilities. The potential bidders should provide brief references of relevant work they have performed and the magnitude. F.
