Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Belleville, Kansas. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Water Treatment Plant Improvements including a new Ion Exchange Nitrate Removal Water Treatment Plant (the Ion Exchange equipment has already been procured by the City but will be installed by the Contractor), a new 40' x 60' pre-engineered metal building, a new 30' x 40' (120,000 gallon) concrete clear well with vertical turbine high service pumps, approximately 6700' of 6" Class 200 PVC Pipe, approximately 5000' of 3" Class 160 PVC, two 0.4 acre synthetic lined evaporative lagoons, site work, electrical work, a new backup generator, miscellaneous site and building piping and miscellaneous appurtenances.
