Sealed bids will be received by the City Finance Director of the City of Morgantown, West Virginia, for 1,000 tons of BULK ROCK SALT along with an additional option of 1,000 tons in reserve for use on roadways as a snow and ice melting agent. All bids shall be clearly marked "Sealed Bid 2023-01". No bidder may withdraw their bid after the time set for the opening thereof, unless the award of the contract is delayed for a period exceeding sixty (60) days. They City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities or informalities in the bid or the bidding.
