Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Roselle, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Village of Roselle is accepting sealed proposals for the 2022 Storm Sewer Improvements Project located at various locations throughout the Village of Roselle. The proposed improvements contain approximately 345 feet of new 8", 10" and 12" PVC storm sewers; 50 cubic yards of trench backfill; 150 feet of 4" underdrain; 1 new type A inlet; 4 new type C catch basins; new frame and grates; 80 feet of combination concrete curb & gutter removal and replacement; 1000 feet of regrading and shaping of ditches; 850 square feet of sidewalk removal and replacement; 146 square yards of hot-mix asphalt pavement removal and replacement; traffic control and protection; parkway restoration and other necessary incidental works. Tabulated bid results will be posted on the Village's website after the bid opening. Proposals must be placed in a sealed envelope marked "Proposal for the 2022 Storm Sewer Improvements Project.
