Reference number : 1622413 Review Title : Tender for winter road maintenance 2022-2023, 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-08-01 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The Municipality of Saint-Athanase requires tenders for: Winter road maintenance for the years 2022-2023, 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the undersigned, Marc Leblanc, LL.B., Director General and Clerk-Treasurer of the Municipality of Saint-Athanase: THAT the Municipality of Saint-Athanase request tenders for the maintenance of winter roads for the years 2022-2023, 2023-2024 and 2024-2025; THAT bidders must consult the Government of Quebec's electronic tendering system , to obtain the general estimate and complete documentation relating to this call for tenders; THAT the bids, to be admissible, must comply in all respects with the general specifications; THAT the tenders must be sent, in one copy, by registered or certified mail, or delivered by hand to the Director General and Clerk-Treasurer of the Municipality, or his representative, at the municipal office located at 6081, chemin de l'Église during office hours; THAT any interested person may attend the opening of tenders by going to the municipal office on the date and time mentioned above; THAT the Municipality of Saint-Athanase reserves the right, for serious reasons, not to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders presented to it, and does not incur any obligation, lawsuit or claim for costs or losses suffered by bidders as a result of such decisions.
