Invitation to Bid on Warwick Center for the Arts, 3259 Post Road, Warwick RI 02886 project for Warwick Center for the Arts (WCFA). WCFA is seeking bids for the project that consists of building a new double front door and providing automatic door openers on three doors of a historic building. You may email to request a site walk-through and for any questions on this bid. Questions can be answered from July 7 until July 23rd. Please note that no one is available for questions the week of July 24th. This is a Federally Funded project. The contractor and subcontractors on this project must comply with HUD contract provisions 2 CFR 200, the Davis-Bacon Act, Non-Discrimination, Equal Employment Opportunity, Affirmative Action, Section 3 requirements, Anti-Kickback Act, Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act, and Department of Labor Standards and Regulations as set forth in the Contract Bid Documents.
