The works to be constructed under this Contract includes the following: The Contractor shall supply all labour, materials and equipment necessary to complete the sewer video inspections and flushing for areas as shown on the Drawings, for a 5-year term with the work being completed within the time period of August 15 to September 15, 2022, and June 1 to August 31 on subsequent years. Inquiries should be directed to engineering@kitimat.ca . Tender documents may be obtained from the District of Kitimat on or after July 7, 2022 by emailing engineering@kitimat.ca . Tenders must be accompanied by a Certified Cheque or Bid Bond valid for a period of 30 days in the amount of 10% of the Year 1 tendered price as bid security. The District of Kitimat reserves the right to reject all tenders or to award the Contract to other than the lowest tender received if it perceives that to be in its best interests.
