Reference number : 1622866 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-07-18 Submission sent electronically accepted: Nope The City of Lachute would like to receive tenders for the paving repair work (leveling and top layer of paving) on Bethany Avenue, between du Carrefour Street and Cristini Boulevard, approximately 325 ml long as well as as for various related works. To be considered, the tender must be valid for a period of ninety (90) days following the deadline set for the receipt of tenders. The tender must be accompanied by a tender security in the form of a bond in an amount at least equal to ten percent (10%) of the value of the tender, issued by an institution holding an insurer's license in Canada and recognized by the Autorite des marches financiers. The tender must also be accompanied by a letter of intent to issue a performance bond and a bond for labour, materials and services, each for a value of fifty percent (50%) of the bid value, Tenderers are responsible for the choice of subcontractors, both for their solvency and for the content of their tender. The City of Lachute does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received and assumes no obligation of any kind whatsoever towards the tenderer(s).
