Site work for a water / sewer project in Roanoke, Virginia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project will improve Peakwood Drive drainage issues by installing multiple drainage inlets and approximately 675 linear feet of reinforced concrete pipe. In addition, approximately 430 linear feet of curb and gutter will be installed along Peakwood Drive as shown on the image below. Green is used to denote curb and gutter, red is used to denote proposed storm drain system, and black is used to denote existing structures. The project limits run along the 3600-3700 block of Peakwood Drive ,SW. This project is in included in the City of Roanoke FY 2023-2027 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of July 08, 2022, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
