Renovation of a municipal facility in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Pittsfield School Department invites qualifications from architects to prepare design plans for the replacement of six existing air handler units servicing the gym, cafeteria, and auditorium at Pittsfield High School, 300 East Street Pittsfield, MA. The Pittsfield Public Schools reserves the right to reject any or all qualifications and to accept any proposal that it considers in the best interest of the City. Selected interviews of a short list of candidates, if required, will be conducted and are tentatively scheduled to take place on November 14, 2024. The Designer's fee for this project will be negotiated, not to exceed $75,000 for fees and expenses. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Anticipated Award Date: November 15, 2024
