The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to replace condensate steam return lines Building 371 and 249, 5 Wing Goose Bay, NL The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 351 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 14 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion. Milestone date to have the steam lines replaced and operational by November 30, 2022. Remaining site work to be completed in construction season of 2023 as indicated in the schedule.
