Reference number : 1622248 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-07-21 Submission sent electronically accepted: Nope This call for tenders is for a project that will take place in a single northern village in Nunavik: SALLUIT RENOVATIONS 2023 CALL FOR TENDERS No. KMHB 2022-06 PROJECT No. 52-40 This individual call for tenders is part of a group of two (2) separate and independent calls for tenders identified below as " Other notices of calls for tenders - northern villages of Nunavik - available on SEAO ". Each call for tenders relates to a project that will take place in a single northern village of Nunavik, independently of the other northern villages. It is possible to bid on one or more villages. With reference to article 5.2.7 of Section 00 80 10 - Supplementary general conditions , the construction method for this project will be of the DEFERRED EXECUTION WORKSITE type . This contract is subject to the public procurement liberalization agreements established by the Government of Quebec: Internal Trade Agreement; Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO); Quebec and New Brunswick Public Procurement Liberalization Agreement (2008) (AQNB); Intergovernmental agreement on public procurement between the government of Quebec and the government of the state of New York (AQNY). TENDER GUARANTEES Tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee, in the form of a certified check or a tender bond, for an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the amount of the tender submitted. The whole, valid for a period of forty-five (45) days and made payable to or in favor of the Project Owner, the Kativik Municipal Housing Office (KMHB). Tendering contractors are responsible for the choice of subcontractors, both for their solvency and for the content of their tender, and must ensure that they hold the required licenses and permits. PUBLIC BID OPENING PROCESS Due to order number 2020-014 of the Minister of Health and Social Services dated April 2, 2020, the Agent must modify the process for opening tenders in order to comply with the Health Act section, chapter S-2.2, concerning the ordering of measures to protect the health of the population in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic. Consequently, contractors must submit their bids in a sealed envelope, as indicated in the specifications, to the address mentioned in the call for tenders, before the scheduled time for the opening of bids . However, given the current exceptional situation, our offices are open Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. NOTE TO TENDERER The KMHB does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received.
