Site work for a water / sewer project in Indianola, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Indianola is accepting proposals for sewer manhole rehabilitation by a lining process for Fiscal Year 23. Work needs to be completed by May 1, 2023, to receive full payment. Liquidated Damages may occur at a cost of $200.00/day. Contractor to verify depths of manholes and proper product to use before quoting. Contractor to set up bypass pumping, if necessary. Contractor is responsible for the proper signage, barricades, or cones for partial and complete closure of street. Contractor to notify City two (2) weeks prior to starting work so City can put notice on social media sites. Contractor to supply schedule of dates when they will be at each manhole. City requires 3 professional references from cities you have done work for. The City of Indianola reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotes.
