Deadline for Questions Thursday, July 28, 2022 at 4:00 PM ET Intent to Bid Due Date: Aug 15th 2022, 2:00 PM EDT Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC) is seeking a Vendor for the provision of demand and preventative maintenances services for CCTV access control, electromagnetic locks, intercom systems, and alarm intrusion systems. TCHC will be awarding the work to the vendors that have successfully passed the rated criteria and be placed on a list of vendors that will receive the call to provide services on a rotational/on call basis and/or via subsequent low value Request for Quotations (RFQs). The term of this program shall be for three (3) years, with TCHC having the sole and absolute option to extend for another two (2) one (1) year intervals. Extensions are dependent on service needs of the organization as well as budgetary considerations. Proponents are requested to read further below, as well as review all attached documents for a thorough and comprehensive understanding of the project deliverables.
