This invitation to tender consists of snow removal services at the Southeast Regional Correctional Centre, 435 Ch Lino, Shediac NB from September 1st 2022 through August 31 2024 with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year periods upon written agreement from both party. OPTION YEAR PRICING
Pricing shall be subject to negotiation of a satisfactory contract price not to exceed the tendered price plus any published increase in the New Brunswick Consumer Price Index. CONTRACT AWARD CRITERIA
Contract will be award to the lowest compliant bid which meet the requirements detailed within the attached Specifications for Items 1 and 2 of the tender documents. Prior to Contract award, the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure may consult with other departments and agencies of the Province of New Brunswick to obtain information on the Vendor's past performance within the previous five (5) years. Results from the aforementioned consultations that are unsatisfactory to the Department, in its sole and absolute discretion, will result in the disqualification of the Vendor's bid. SUBMITALS

Prior to award, references, Criminal Record Checks, Insurance and WorkSafe NB registered and in good standing, will be required as per section 4.1, 7, 12 and 13 respectively.
