Description

Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Lenexa, Kansas. Design plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for the renovation of a swimming pool.

Plans call to upgrades at the Indian Trails Aquatic Center at Sar-Ko-Par Trails Park include a lazy river, zero-depth pool entry, water slides, play structures for toddlers and young children, shade areas and renovated family restrooms. As of October 7, 2022, this project just finished the design development phase. The final plan went before the Planning Commission on October 3, 2022. A timeline for bidding has yet to be announced. Construction is slated to begin winter of 2023 through spring 2024.
