**As of August 16, 2022, Project has been awarded. Award amount is $731,414.23** Estimated cost range is $600,000.00- $630,000.00. Bids will be on the Proposal Forms provided in the manner designated therein and addressed to the County of Hunter don, Division of Purchasing, Second Floor, 71 Main Street, Administration Bldg. #1, P.O. Box 2900, Flemington, New Jersey 08822 2900, and clearly marked on the outside "SEALED BID" 2022-15, COUNTY CULVERT W-115. Each bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond in the amount of 10% (Ten Percent) of the total bid, but in no case in excess of $20,000.00 payable to the County of Hunter don. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject all bids or to waive any minor informality in the Proposal received and to accept bids all in accordance with applicable law. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
