Renovation of a detention facility in South Burlington, Vermont. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
This project consists of, but is not limited to: Remove existing roof ballast down to existing single-ply membrane. Install new single-ply roof membrane over top of existing per drawing details. Reinstall existing roof ballast over new single-ply membrane. Five skylights to remain but replace polycarbonate domes. Replace one roof access hatch. Remove and reinstall razor-wire fencing as deemed necessary by contractor to complete the work. Coordinate work with Department of Corrections to always ensure facility security.
