Question Deadline 02/06/2026 at 12:00 PM PT SantaMaria Probation Juvenile Justice Center Housing Units 1/2/3 Remodel PROJECT LOCATION: 4263 California Blvd. Santa Maria, CA 93455 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The scope of this project is to remodel housing units # 1,2, and 3 in accordance with the plans and specifications provided. Each housing unit will incorporate upgrades to the existing unit's security systems, security hardware, lighting, plumbing, shower and restrooms into compliance with current Title 24 requirements, and other cosmetic refreshes to the units finishes and esthetics CONTRACTOR'S LICENSE: The CONTRACTOR shall possess either a Class A, B QUESTIONS: All questions MUST be submitted electronically through the ONLINE on or before 12:00 pm 01/26/2026. Any changes or additional information needed for bidding will be provided in an Addendumposted on the Public Purchase site. Contractors shall be responsible for addendums. CONSTRUCTION TIME: The successful CONTRACTOR (after receiving the Notice to Proceed) shall have 548 calendar days to complete all work called for under the Contract Documents LIQUIDATED DAMAGES: The liquidated damages will be $2,500.00 (Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars) per day for project delays that are determined to be attributable to the CONTRACTOR. BID PROTEST: The County of Santa Barbara Bid Protest Procedures are described in Item 10 of the BID FORM, which is included in the bid documents. COUNTY PROJECT #21055 BSCC PLAN REVIEWNUMBER83-7574.06 WITHDRAWAL OF BIDS: The COUNTY reserves the right to reject any and or all bids or waive any informality in a bid. No biddermay withdraw his bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening thereof.
