Scope of Work includes but is not necessarily limited to: 1. Autumn Manor: a. Removal and replacement of exterior cladding with fiber cement siding b. Addition of manufactured stone veneer to select sections exterior walls c. Removal and replacement of exterior lighting d. Repairs to PTAC sleeve and new condensate line 2. Whispering Oaks Complex and Cedar Lane Village a. Soffit and fascia removal and replacement b. Replacement of vinyl siding with fiber cement siding c. Exterior painting d. Removal and replacement of select e. screen doors f. Removal and disposal of gutters and downspouts g. Remove and replace lighting and address numbers. 3. Dossett Homes a. Pressure washing b. Exterior painting and repairs. c. Remove and replace lighting and address numbers. All bidders are required to prequalify to the requirements described in Documents 00 21 13 Instructions to Bidders and 00 22 13 - Supplementary Instructions to the Bidders. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount. Refer to other bidding requirements described in Document 00 21 13 - Instructions to Bidders Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided. Bidders may supplement this form as appropriate. Provide required supplemental forms as noted in Document 00 60 00 - Supplemental Project Forms. Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of sixty (60) days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
