*As of December 1, 2022, a contractor has been awarded. This Project will Replace Fire and Smoke Doors at Northport VA Medical Center, 79 Middleville Road, Northport, NY 11768-2200. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, supplies, equipment, personnel, and supervision to accomplish project number 632-22-138 Replace Fire and Smoke Doors in accordance with the statement of work and specifications attached hereto. Completion Time is 180 calendar days from the notice-to-proceed date. Contractor will be responsible to coordinate and schedule work to minimize interruption of the hospital operations and plan work typically during duty hours of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Standard Time except as noted in the general conditions and as approved by the CO.
