ISABELLA COUNTY ROAD COMMISSION Will accept sealed bids for: 5.37 miles of cold milling and resurfacing of Mission Road from Millbrook Road to South US127BR, North US127BR to Baseline Road, Stevenson Lake Road to South US127BR(Clare), intersection improvements only on Mission Rd and the following intersections Jordan Road west, Beal City Road west and Weidman Road east, located in Union, Isabella and Vernon Townships, Isabella County. in accordance with Drawings and Specifications prepared by: ISABELLA COUNTY ROAD COMMISSION 2261 E. REMUS RD. MT. PLEASANT, MI 48858. No bids will be received after that time. The minimum net MDOT classification required for the project is 1179 Cb. This bidding document may be used only by the bidder to whom it was originally issued. Bona fide bidders, suppliers, sub-contractors and plan services may secure copies of the proposed Contract Documents from the Isabella County Road Commission. No partial sets will be issued. A certified check or bidders bond for a sum of not less then of the proposal shall be required with each proposal. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularity in the bidding and accept the bid that in their opinion is in the best interest of the owner. No bids may be withdrawn after the above date and time for receiving bids for a period of twenty-eight (28) days.
