The Cuyahoga County Solid Waste District is inviting bids for Recycling Processing Services on behalf of the Consortium consisting of the communities of Cleveland Heights and Shaker Heights. Bids will be valid for 180 days after the Bid opening date. Each Bid must contain all Bid Forms and be accompanied by separate Bid Bonds payable to each Consortium Community in the amount of $2,000 as security that, if the Bid is accepted, a Contract will be entered into with each community in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Form of Contract contained in the Bid Documents. The Bid Bonds will be returned when Contracts have been executed by the Successful Bidder, or when any or all Bids are rejected. The Consortium reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids and waive any non-conformities or irregularities contained therein.
