In accordance with School District Procurement Rules in the Arizona Administrative Code (A.A.C.) promulgated by the State Board of Education pursuant to A.R.S. 15-213, competitive sealed proposals for the materials or services specified, will be received by Wickenburg Unified School District, #9, at the above location, until the date and time cited. Proposals received by the correct time and date shall be opened and the name of each Offeror will be publicly read. All other information contained in the Proposal shall remain confidential until award is made. The contract period shall be for one (1) year with an option to renew for up to five (5) years. All inquiries related to this solicitation shall be in writing and submitted via email to dbergman@wusd9.org on July 20, 2022 no later than 3:00 PM. Governing Board Award August 2022 It is expected that a single firm will be awarded this contract. The District reserves the right to make a multiple award to more than one offeror, if determined to be in its best interest in accordance with A.A.C. R7-2-1042(A)(1)(c). If a determination is made, multiple award will be limited to the least number of offerors that the District determines is necessary to meet the needs of the District. Waiver and Rejection Rights. Notwithstanding any other provision of the Solicitation, the District reserves the right to: Waive any minor informality; Reject any and all Offers or portions thereof; or Cancel the Solicitation.
