The Bureau of Engineering (BOE), Street Improvement Division (SID) intends to sole source the Task Order Solicitation (TOS) to HNTB Corporation (HNTB) for the design and construction management services for the Complete Streets Program - Reseda Boulevard and Avalon Boulevard Projects (Project). The task order work was originally issued to HNTB under TOS No. 38 from the previously expired PQOC Civil Engineering Consultants List. However, since the previous contract expired on March 17, 2022 near the end of the Design Phase, it is in the City's best interest to continue work with HNTB as the Engineer of Record to complete the remaining services for the Project. The City of Los Angeles, Bureau of Engineering (BOE), Street Improvement Division (SID) intends to sole source this Task Order Solicitation (TOS) to HNTB Corporation (HNTB) for Project Management, Design and Construction Management Services for the Complete Streets Program - Reseda Boulevard and Avalon Boulevard. *Any subconsultants that have been added to the contract and not originally a part of the Schedule A, must be registered with RAMP. **This TOS is only applicable to HNTB Corporation (HNTB) from the Pre-Qualified On-Call Civil Engineering Services Consultants List. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
