To All Prospective Offerors, Fermi Research Alliance, LLC (FRA) is seeking a Asphalt contractor for repairing Winnebago Blvd Asphalt at Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory located in Batavia, IL. Attached is the Request for Proposal (RFP) Instruction to Offerors. This acquisition is being advertised as small business set aside and as a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 237310, Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. Central Time. Visitors should meet in the atrium of Wilson Hall
at the designated time. Each Offeror is considered a business visitor and is required to fill out an Access Request form no July 8,

Upon request approval, the business visitor will receive an informal invitation letter with a QR code, which you must present at the

If you have a current Fermilab badge, you are not required to fill out the Access Request form.

holding a current Fermilab badge. A quick zoom meeting invitation will be sent to those attending a site visit to set ground rules on
