Site work and paving for a road / highway in Battle Mountain, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The Lander County Commissioners will consider awarding the contract on Thursday, August 11, 2022, at the regularly scheduled Commissioner s Meeting. The Principal items of work for the LANDER COUNTY SAFE ROUTES TO SCHOOLS PROJECT - PHASE III will consist of (including bid alternates): the demolition operations and installation of approximately 106, 000 SF ADA concrete flat work, West Humboldt Street to 17th Street from Bastian Road to Lemaire Road, Battle Mountain, NV. Project will also include ADA access ramps, driveway approaches and underground utility relocation. No proposals will be considered unless accompanied by a cashier s check, certified check or bid bonds in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, made payable to the LANDER COUNTY PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT. No proposal will be accepted from a Contractor who is not licensed for this type of wok in accordance with the applicable Nevada Revised Statutes and qualified by the Nevada State Contractor s Board prior to bidding of the job. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities in any bid or in the bidding process. No bidder may withdraw their bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
