Project Budget: $1,500,000.00 NTE (Total Project Amount - design & construction for Group 1 and Group 2 Provide consulting fire protection engineering services under the terms of the agreement which may encompass but are not limited to: (1) Fire and life safety systems review at each college building; (2) preparation of design documents including but not limited to, plan, specifications, product data and calculations, to identify code compliance issues related to life safety and fire protection provisions of the Kentucky Building Code and applicable NFPA standards; (3) Design of fire alarm and detection systems; (4) Design and review of mass notification systems; (5) System upgrades and repairs; (6) Fire alarm Project Information Reports; and, (6) construction contract administration to insure installed systems comply with the requirements of the Contract Documents.
