Site work and paving for a civil project in Deptford, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The proposed work includes the following major items: 1,300 S.Y. of Hot Mix Asphalt 9.5M64-10R Surface Course, 2" Thick 5 UNIT of Inlet, Type 'B' 710 L.F. of Furnish and Install 24" HDPE Pipe Direct questions to Bryson & Yates Consulting Engineers, LLC via email at jbryson@brysonyates.com . No oral inquiries will be responded to. Each proposal bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check for not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid, of which, the amount of the bond or certified check need not exceed $20,000, made payable to the Township of Deptford. The successful bidder will be required to furnish, within ten (10) days after the award, a Surety Corporation Performance Bond or Letter of Credit equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and/ or all bids, to waive any informalities, or to accept the bid, which in its judgment, best serves the interest of the Owner. The estimated value is $175,000 - $225,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The notice to proceed will be issued on or about August 29, 2022
