Site work, asbestos abatement and new construction of a mixed-use development in Tyler, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 250,000-square-foot educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and for asbestos abatement for a educational facility.
This project consists of Abatement Work and 2,300LF Temporary Site Fencing along with 6 gates. PLEASE NOTE: Fencing Subcontractors: - Fence poles need to be driven into the ground. No feet and sandbags. Fence must have top rail. Please provide pricing on fence screening also. - Please provide an Alternate #1 for buying the temp fence in lieu of renting for 2 years. - RE: 6 gates. Each gate needs to have 2-12ft panels with casters on the bottom ends of each gate and when opened create a 24ft clear opening. - Provide a unit cost for each trip / re-mobilization to repair and or relocate fence per Skanska-HGR direction.
