Renovation of an educational facility in Welland, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Niagara College, (the "College") is seeking to obtain bid submissions from qualified Contractors to provide all labour, material and equipment necessary to complete the Work. The required Work will be required to be done at both the Welland campus and Daniel J. Patterson Welland campus in Niagara-on-the-Lake and in accordance with the specifications detailed in the drawings. The Work includes: - the demolition and removal of wall studs, insulation, radiators, ceiling, plaster bulkheads and interior doors (including hardware) - the disconnection and removal of lighting, electrical outlets, data boxes and mechanical supply diffusers - the supply and installation of new power locations and electrical outlets, lighting, strobe audible style fire horn, ceiling tiles, flooring, automatic doors, white noise system, etc The College would like the Work completed on or before September 2, 2022.
