Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Selmer, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The Town of Selmer is now taking sealed bids for roof repair and required maintenance plan for the Selmer Community Center. Specs as follows: Roof Flashing Repairs for Selmer Civic Center: 1. Remove debris from all weather boxes and downspouts on all levels of roof. 2. Flash every scupper on roof side and exterior side with sealant and flashing cement. 3. Repair roof over front entrance. This would consist of spudding gravel surface back and applying roofing to smooth surface (10x10) area. 4. Check all laps on wall flashing and apply sealant as needed. 5. Check all pipe flashing and apply sealant are needed.
