The work consists of providing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, facilities, transportation and incidentals necessary to construct: Adjust 174 existing manholes and to finished grade of pavement surface using District supplied manhole covers and ring sets (Pamrex D400 Security Manhole) per detail shown on title sheet of plans. Contractor shall dip manhole and record distance between the invert elevation and rim elevation. Adjust 26 existing cleanouts to finished grade of pavement surface using existing cleanout covers and ring sets per general note # 19 on the Title Sheet. Cleanouts vary in depth 1' to 4'. All material, supplies, equipment and labor, except those services expressly stipulated to be furnished by the District, shall be supplied by the Contractor. The Contractor shall leave the site in a neat and orderly condition.
