The Work consists of cleaning the Primary and Secondary Digester Tanks at the City of Oceanside La Salina Wastewater Treatment Plant and pipe improvements, including, but not limited to: a. Cleaning, removal, and legal disposal of the remaining contents of both Primary and Secondary Digester Tanks following the City removal of a portion of the contents b. Replacement of digester gas piping, valves, and gas protection equipment for both Primary and Secondary Digesters c. Replacement of heated sludge supply and return pipes and valves, including designing, furnishing, and installing pipe supports d. Replacement of the digester overflow piping
