Primary objectives for submitted projects include creating a sustainable and strong economic generator, high-wage jobs, and to activate a highly visible and strategically important employment area of the city. Proposals are being sought from fully assembled and experienced development teams that have the financial ability to execute immediately. Deadline to submit Questions Aug 17th 2022, 5:00 PM MST - Online Portal The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
