Site work for a water / sewer project in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. Design plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is seeking proposals for engineering services for the Kenosha Dunes Habitat Protection & Restoration project from qualfied proposers (refered to in this RFP as the Consultant or Consultant Team). This effort builds upon a feasibility study and preliminary engineering previously completed for the site. This request for proposals is to provide final design, bidding, construction and post-construction phase services for the project. Services for final design and project permitting will be contracted to proceed at this time (Milestone 1) and other services (alternative, Milestone 2) will contracted as funding is made available. Milestone 1 services must be completed by March 30, 2024. The DNR has applied for funding through Milestone 2 (which includes bid phase, construction and post-construction services) and reserves the right to authorize services through Milestone 2 based on availability of funds and consultant performance for previous services. As of April 8, 2024, a design firm has been selected. The construction document completion timeline has not been released. A tentative bid schedule for contractors has not been disclosed. Further details regarding construction and completion timelines have not been released.
