For Demolition of Dwellings - Various Properties Failure to list classified subcontractors will deem the bid nonresponsive. Classified dpmc contractors/subcontractors may be found at DPMCS Website listed below electronically Bidders must be classified by the Division under N.J.S.A. 52:35-1 et seq. and must submit bid security as provided in Instructions to Bidders and General Conditions revised December 2015. No bidder may withdraw his bid for 60 calendar days after the opening. The State may reject any and all bids. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. The contract resulting from this RFQ/RFP is subject to the requirements of Executive Order No. 125. Accordingly, the OSC will post a copy of the contract, including the RFQ/RFP, the winning bidders proposal and other related contract documents for the above contract on the Sandy Transparency website. The State reserves the right to make the determination as to what is proprietary or confidential, and will advise the winning bidder accordingly. The State will not honor any attempt by a winning bidder to designate its entire proposal as proprietary, confidential and/or to claim copyright protection for its entire proposal. In the event of any challenge to the winning bidders assertion of confidentiality with which the State does not concur, the bidder shall be solely responsible for defending its designation. Successful bidders will be required to submit to the Division of Property Management and Construction (DPMC) their DUNS number immediately after the bid due date and prior to contract award. The work under this Contract shall be completed within 40 calendar days
