MHMR is soliciting bids for a non-proprietary comprehensive Access Control Management System Platform. These services shall include, but not be limited to new installation, repairs, and maintenance to be performed on an as needed basis, as directed by MHMR. MHMR currently utilizes OSSI Intelli-Site software, a keyless access system, which uses AWID (Applied Wireless Identifications) badges and is currently in ten (10) buildings which includes 118 badge readers within. The desire is to utilize the current hardware (where possible) and expand usage which may include additional buildings. This Contract, if a Contract is awarded, is to provide indefinite quantities of Access Control Management System and Repair Services Agency Wide. The Contractor shall be required to provide all manpower, equipment, transportation, and supervision, and materials and/or supplies as designated, necessary to perform any services, as defined in this bid, not otherwise contracted. These services may include projects on various buildings located throughout Tarrant County. MHMR reserves the right to add, change, or delete building locations and/or equipment as deemed necessary over the course of the contract.
