**As of August 23, 2022, project was awarded to Casper Construction awarded amount is $842,351.50. ** The project consists of the following construction items and approximate quantities along with their valves, fittings and associated accessories, and demolition and removals: 41 water, sewer, and electrical hookups 2,500 lineal feet of 1 and 2 PE Water Distribution pipe 2,400 lineal feet of 4" and 6" PVC sanitary sewer collection piping 50-30-20 electric service panels for 41 sites 12,000 lineal feet of copper wiring 450 Cubic Yards of gravel surfacing. Bid security must be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security, payable to Owner, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid as a guarantee that the bidder, if successful, will enter into a contract with the County for the work described in the proposal.
