**As of September 16, 2022, project was awarded to Allan Myers , but awarded amount is not available** Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, transportation, and incidentals necessary for the rehabilitation of Runway 16-34 which is approximately 60,000 SY of bituminous pavement at the Hanover County Airport in Hanover County, VA. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bid Documents or Contract Documents, even those presented during the pre-bid meeting and site visit, shall be submitted in writing, to the ENGINEER, Parrish and Partners, Hunter Boniface, P.E., hboniface@parrishandpartners.com. In order to receive consideration, all questions should be received by the ENGINEER prior to 12:00 p.m., July 29, 2022. Any changes made to the written requirements of the Bid Documents or Contract Documents shall be made by written Addendum only. A Bid Security of 5% shall be required of Bids $100,000 and greater. A Performance and Payment Bond, each equaling 100% of the contract amount shall be required of a CONTRACT that is $100,000 and greater.
