Renovation of a mixed-use development in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium; and educational facility.

Bidders are informed that the Project is subject to the requirements of Section 292.675, RSMo, which requires all contractors or subcontractors doing work on the Project to provide, and require its on-site employees to complete, a ten (10) hour course in construction safety and health approved by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration ("OSHA") or a similar program approved by the Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations which is at least as stringent as an approved OSHA program. All employees who have not previously completed the program must complete the program within sixty (60) days before the date work on the Project commences. On-site employees found on the worksite without documentation of the required training shall have twenty (20) days to produce such documentation before being subject to removal from the Project. Bidders are informed that Project has Federal funds and is subject to Federal applicable laws and requirements listed in the Section 000100 - Instructions to Bidders, Article 19 - Federal Contract Provision. The additional requirements included but not limited to Davis Bacon Act, Equal Employment Opportunity, Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act, Clean Air Act, Debarment and Suspension, and Byrd AntiLobby Amendment. Davis Bacon wage rates will apply on this project. All Bidders please refer to this section and be aware of all listed and referenced Federal requirements applicable on Project. A certified or cashier's check or bid bond executed by Bidder and approved Surety Company, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each proposal.
