The project includes storm drainage improvements that consist of the removal of existing storm drain piping and structures, the construction of new of storm drain piping, multiple drainage structures, concrete curb & gutters, and asphalt hot mix surface course overlay. The successful bidder will agree to complete all work described in plans and specifications within 90 calendar days of the written Notice to Proceed. Failure to complete the work within specified time limits shall subject the contractor to liquidated damages for delay.
