The RFQ is intended to provide a qualified list of General Contractors for construction and renovations. The selected General Contractors will be approved to hard bid any project when released. The selected Contractors will have the following responsibilities if successful with the bid, related to the project, including but not limited to: Coordination with all members of the project team, creation and monitoring of project schedule, management and oversight of subcontractors, coordination of third party test and inspection services, documentation of existing conditions, including photo documentation; implementation of safety program, compliance with applicable laws, codes regulations and required jurisdictional inspections. State Prevailing Wage requirements will apply. Anticipated to range from between 1,500,000-15,000,000 (1.5 - 15 millionDollars) each. The RFQ is looking to prequalify General Contractors for the Woodburn School District multiple construction and renovation projects. These projects might include: Outdoor covered play structures, Data center renovation, Stadium upgrades, Parking improvements, Security upgrades, Window replacements, Roof repairs, RTU replacements and renovations to accommodate pre-k programs at 4 elementary schools. Prequalified Contractors will be notified before the release the bid documents.
